Le service de ménage fait un travail constant pour que tout soit impeccable, ce qui est l'un des points forts de l'hôtel.

Stay 3 Days 2 Nights Greeted by friendly staff when checked in, explained in detail what facility during our stay, we spent our entire day in the hotel, walking at the beach, swimming at the pool (as a hotel guest you can have free access to the Day bed at hotel pool and at certain times at the Beach Club) checkup 1 day advance and book the activities if time permits, all staff were welcoming and friendly , yes I enjoyed my stays

Terrace Hotel is my go-to hotel in Kuta, Bali. As a surfer, I love its proximity to the beach which is just a few minutes walk away. I also appreciate all the restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The hotel room is comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complain is the fridge in the room is not cold enough I think.

Tous les biens, l'emplacement près de la plage, près du restaurant et du supermarché Bintang, à presque 30 minutes de route de l'aéroport, le personnel est presque bon et accueillant.

I really enjoyed my four-day stay at the Seminyak Lagoon Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and nice, always asking how I would like my breakfast to be served. They also consistently asked if I wanted cleaning service. I highly recommend this place.

Room is clean and spacious. Hotel is near convenience stores and pharmacy stores.

The rooms were spacious and near to the swimming pool.The room layout and interior design of the bed and bathroom is excellent.Very kind and attentive staff .The beach location is accessible by walk or taxi.There were a lot of stores to buy souvenir items near the hotel

Great pool. There is also an infinity pool on top but it isnt as nice as the bottom one. Rooms are modern and very clean. Great A/C. Free purified water in the corridors. You can rent a scooter from reception but the bikes you get arent maintained properly. The one we got rear brake didnt work and you only get one bar of fuel (not full). Also dont buy fuel from street vendors. They dilute the fuel and charge a fortune. Use proper petrol station. They have happy hour at the pool bar :)

Nice new and modern hotel in good location in canggu, rooms and facilities were good but service could be better
