Beautiful property Amazing staff Best place to stay

Absolutely beautiful property - staff was amazing and hospitality was great. Best place to stay in Kuta - not in the madness of the heart of downtown - but still close and 5 min walkaway. Place is beautiful.

The experience was amazing for the price you're paying for. I'm looking for a place that I can literally relax too and this is it. Planning on my next visit by March of next year and I'm already bragging it to my sister. So thank you for letting me stay at your wonderful hotel. Makasi.

Excellent staff, great location. Amazing hospitality

The resort and staff were excellent, always super friendly and helpful. Gym was too small and could get quite busy at times. Food and the buffet was really good and lot's of options. Beach was nice but not amazing and there wasn't a no smoking area so for people like me and my girlfriend it was kinda disgusting having to breath cigar and cigarette second hand smoke while trying to relax on the beach so I'd suggest they need to have a separate area for people that actually care about their health. They had no smoking areas by the pool but not on the beach. so we had to move to get away from it. Overall very nice resort and would love to stay again.

I stayed at The Anvaya for one night as I needed to be in Kuta for an early flight the next day. The hotel makes a strong first impression from the outside, with a grand entrance and polished lobby. Sadly, the room told a very different story, the lobby completely catfishes you. The room felt extremely dated, and the floors were filthy and dusty, as though they had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The worst part was the bed. The pillows were limp and lifeless, with all the support of a wet tissue. The bedding felt damp, and once I got into bed, I was constantly itching throughout the night. There was also a loud humming noise, which I believe came from the AC unit. Between the damp bedding, itching and constant humming, I had a restless, uncomfortable night and am now at the airport exhausted, exactly what I booked this hotel to avoid. At checkout, I raised these issues with reception. They apologised, but that was about it. Strangely, I was then asked to leave a review there and then, in front of the staff member, and even to show it before posting. I found this uncomfortable and bizarre, so declined. Overall, a very disappointing stay. A grand lobby means very little when the room feels tired, unclean, damp and impossible to sleep in. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Absolutely breathtaking property! Staff was absolutely hands down the best I've ever experienced! On the beach and walkable to many stores, vendors, restaurants, etc.

Property was very clean, room was nice, of course the bathroom could use more light but that’s all hotel bathrooms for the most part. Overall experience was great ! Would recommend this resort.
