Ok. Not great but very cheap

We stayed for six nights in one of the Teak Suites with shared pool access between four ground-floor rooms. The room itself was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that Room 204 is directly next to a staff entrance. From around 7:00 am each morning, we were often woken by staff walking through, doors closing loudly, or equipment being moved. It wasn't a major issue for us, but if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a different room. The outdoor area is pleasant, with a shared pool exclusively for the four Teak Suites. However, there are only two sun loungers and four deck chairs for all four rooms, so seating can be limited. We also noticed a faint sewage smell outside our room on a few occasions. A bigger disappointment was the lack of direct sunlight around Room 204. We had specifically chosen this room hoping to relax by the pool in the sun throughout the day, but because it remained mostly shaded, we ended up using the hotel's other pools instead. It would be helpful if this was mentioned in the room description so guests know what to expect. The decking around the pool also needs some attention. Several boards were loose and springy, creating a trip hazard, and a few nails were sticking up above the wood. I'd recommend wearing footwear rather than walking barefoot in this area until it's repaired. In hindsight, we don't think the Teak Suites offer good value for the additional cost. We'd recommend saving some money

Great lively hotel close to the water

This hotel was absolutely stunning! The hotel truly wowed me from the grounds to the room to the little details that made such a huge difference. The serenity was unreal despite being conveniently located by the beach and shops. I will not stay anywhere else when coming to Canggu. Thank you to the staff for making my time in Bali truly one to remember!

I loved this hotel as I needed a bit of a reset and it ticked all the boxes. There’s lots of good healthy food to choose from and there’s also a gym and day spa on site. The room itself was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. What’s even better is the yoga studio across the road was so good, lots of classes and a real old style Bali vibe. Canggu is very busy but this hotel is located on a quieter road with some great cafes. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about Zin was great! Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week and had a pool access room. Definitely choose heaven for breakfast if you have free breakfast way better staff and service and food . The staff at zin cafe aren’t great and need way more training at customer service. the free cocktail are only at 8-9pm. It’s false advertising there at 7-8pm on Expedia which isn’t true. We had our sheets changed once on the 6th night which wasn’t good. Canggu is very remote and is some thing to consider if you wanna do day tours as you have to book a grab to the pick up location set by the tour company.

A beautiful place to stay. The staff are all amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. They made my stay perfect. Great gym, 4 beautiful pools, rooftop sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge with spectacular views. The food is delicious with plenty of options for the health conscious. Wonderful spa - massage & facial were so relaxing. The new rooftop restaurant ‘Heven & Sin’ serves many culinary delights based on local ingredients, with a stunning view of the ocean. The room was clean and well appointed,, everything you need including quality shower products. Comfortable bed. So many different areas of the hotel to spend time I. Without feeling crowded. I can’t fault this hotel and I’m hoping to be back soon.

The staff here are amazing! I will be back.
