Hotel ambience & amenities were truly top notch and made our stay feel relaxing and memorable. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Prior to arrival, I had emailed regarding my room request for a garden access room as this was our celebration staycation, and the team did reply mentioning a cake arrangement too. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the arrangements discussed earlier were not there 🥲 The playroom helpers were incredibly attentive and caring towards my son. Huge kudos to Aunt Bella, Mariam, Zubaidah & Norliza for making Noah’s experience extra special — he truly enjoyed every activity provided and already wants to come back again with his little brother 🤍 Special thanks too to the friendly chef/kitchen crew we met at the lobby for recommending dinner spots to my father-in-law, as well as the pool and in-room service team for the warm hospitality. My son absolutely loved the reptile show too!

Great location. The room was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious, making it very comfortable even for a short stay. Beautiful Moroccan-themed resort .

This is my third time staying here, and it’s always been the perfect place to stay 🫶🏻 I even got a complimentary room upgrade this time. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home.

We loved every single bit of our stay at Golden Sands Resort. Kudos to the entire staff for making our memories here so unforgettable. The room amenities were great, and the splash pool, whirlpool, and kids' pool were fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty. We will definitely come back again. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is compact with necessities and toiletries. They only provide two water bottles per night but there’s water dispenser at the lobby which is fine. Plus, they have a coffee machine at the lobby with some sofas. Overall, its great value for money.

I'm happy with overall stay of 4D3N here. Although its a 4-stars hotel but the location, cleaniness, hotel look & feel, hotel crews, all made me comfortable. I would make it as my favourite hotel for my next visit here again.

La chambre était grande… à l'origine, il y avait un lit king-size, puis j'ai apporté un matelas gonflable queen-size. Il y avait aussi un canapé dans la chambre, et même avec tout cela, il restait beaucoup d'espace — vraiment satisfaisant. La salle de bain était grande aussi, avec deux sections : une douche normale et une baignoire. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner se trouvaient juste en face de l'hôtel, à quelques pas, avec beaucoup de choix. Pour se rendre à Feringhi Bay, il suffisait de marcher le long de la plage pendant 5 minutes. La piscine était super aussi. Le seul inconvénient était qu'à chaque fois que j'utilisais le sèche-cheveux, le courant sautait et provoquait une panne de courant. C'est le seul problème.
