La chambre elle-même était propre, moderne et très confortable. Le lit était douillet, l'éclairage était chaleureux et relaxant, et tout semblait bien entretenu. C'était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée. Dans l'ensemble, si vous recherchez un hôtel avec de belles vues et une chambre agréable, c'est un choix parfait. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Check-in was handled warmly and professionally by Ain, & check-out was smooth thanks to Hazmi. Both of them delivered excellent hospitality. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable & most importantly, safe for kids. Housekeeping did a great job preparing the room and keeping it spotless throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful golf course view from our room, which made the experience even more relaxing. A special highlight was the birthday cake for my wife, it was really delicious and made the celebration extra meaningful. Tq to the team for the thoughtful gesture. The facilities were great. The swimming pool was clean & very family-friendly, & the kids playhouse was a wonderful place for children to enjoy. The lobby was stylish and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious w plenty of local & international options. Overall, such a great hospitality experience. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious room with a modern design. The bed was super comfortable — had a really good sleep! The bathroom is stylish and spotless. Love that the mini bar comes with free snacks and drinks. Location is super convenient — just in front of Jalan Alor with plenty of food options nearby! Overall, a relaxing and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Good location and spacious room. However the hotel didn’t reserve parking floor for hotel guest, quite difficult to get a parking spot during weekdays.

Everything in here was so perfect. 3 nights have stayed here i felt like at home. From designs, staffs and services they were excellent. I think I will recommend to everyone who has a plan to visit here.❤️

3rd stay with Komune. Clean and nice environment, can fill hot or cold water outside the room beside the elevator. Facilities are nice as well. Just there's a 15mins walking distance to the LRT station.

Overall experience in this hotel was awesome! The staffs are accommodating ,helps us book our car going back to airport for less price, The room is clean , no noise outside. Walking distance to masjid station, Petaling street China town , To Mydin Mall for PASALUBONG and all. We will book again and again if we go back to MALAYSIA, Easy access to all , Worth the Price ! Fourth time celebrating occasion at Parkroyal Collection KL. Their service is tip top as usual, providing pretty deco in room and complimentary cake for anniversary. Breakfast served at the club lounge was delicious and has a good variety of choices.

Comfortable lodging in the heart of the city. Ample and spacious parking. Impeccably clean rooms.
