Absolutely fabulous hotel, the staff we’re all so helpful and treated us so well, we loved the welcome everyday we arrived back at the hotel, the room was spotless and loved the turndown service we had with our room, we also had the horizon club included which was fantastic including afternoon tea and cocktails with canapés which is so worth it.
The food was amazing, as was the ambience. Our first stay at the Shangri La hotel we will definitely be looking at going back and looking for others in the chain.
