Nous avons choisi Esrina comme guide. Elle nous a contactés la veille pour confirmer l'heure de prise en charge, etc. C'est une excellente conductrice, très instructive, qui nous a donné de nombreuses informations et recommandations tout au long du voyage. Elle a une personnalité formidable et veille à notre confort tout au long du voyage. Nous avons passé un excellent moment ensemble. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Une expérience exceptionnelle au lever du soleil avec un guide compétent et sympathique ! Grâce à son timing impeccable, notre guide (Ega) nous a permis d'arriver au moment idéal, nous épargnant près d'une heure d'attente tout en nous garantissant le meilleur point de vue pour admirer le lever du soleil à couper le souffle. Au-delà de son expertise, il s'est montré exceptionnellement chaleureux et engageant tout au long du voyage, nous offrant des conseils avisés et une attitude toujours souriante. Sa planification minutieuse et son soutien attentionné ont rendu l'expérience fluide et agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter à Bandung et espérons que ce guide continuera à nous accompagner.

Notre guide, Esrina, était très arrangeante. Elle nous a suggéré des destinations supplémentaires, mais nous avons préféré ne pas les ajouter en raison de contraintes de temps, car elle nous avait emmenés au bazar le matin, comme nous l'avions demandé, pour acheter du batik que nous pourrions porter pendant toute la visite. Le forfait touristique était très bien, et Esrina a gentiment proposé de prendre de belles photos de nous ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié le nourrissage des cerfs à Ranchabali !

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views. Hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a touch of brutalist minimalism on the outside and industrial interiors. I love the wide open lobby space that leads to the mountain views. All the staff were polished in hospitality training and very friendly. Enjoyed the spa as well, wish I could have stayed anothed day! Room was very comfortable and breakfast was great as well.

nice hotel especially with the kids. they accomodate my special requests altho we have to wait. was hoping they already prepared as i kept updating we are on our way etc. kids want to swim everyday on the man made beach and its heated pool too. connected to the mall easy to find food eventho you dont have any meal there although the breakfast spread was great! they got everything and affordable for walk in too.staff during checkin and checkout wered friendly and also around the hotel:) view of the mountain was also amazing! recommended

Very convenient to be attached to the mall and theme park. The only thing lacking is the area outside the hotel is not very good for walking around. You need a car to drive to somewhere of interest. But the hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.
