Wow les gars, c'était vraiment une expérience incroyable. La nourriture était délicate et délicieuse. Le personnel est sympathique et ils ont tout expliqué en anglais. En même temps, on pouvait sentir que c'était tellement traditionnel. Regardez les photos et allez-y ! Ce n'est pas bon marché mais ça vaut ce prix.

Les gens sont gentils, mais ils sont radins avec l'argent. Je pense qu'il serait préférable d'aller dans un restaurant de sushis à tapis roulant. Quel genre de nourriture est-ce ? Ce n’est pas une expérience culturelle, c’est juste absurde.

Minokichi Honten Takeshigerou, one of the eight fresh fish restaurants designated by the Kyoto government in the Edo period, was established in 1716 and continues to be a leading restaurant in the Kyoto cuisine industry. In 1950, Minoyoshi moved to its current location and was renamed Takeshiguro in 1992, meaning "restaurant with a lush bamboo forest".
