Fantastique Room was very clean ans spacious. It also had a small kitchen and a washing machine and it was really handy. Located right center of Gion and really recommend this place to anyone.
Only thing is that they dont do room clean, If you want room to be cleaned then you have to pay for it.

We had some issues with check in but the front staff were very patient. Use Apple Pay our CC and online wouldn’t work for taxes.
Hotel was great. Clean and perfectly located. Easy to get on train and conveniently located. Noticed beds are harder out here than in US-just heads up.

Large unit, very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The kitchen is handy for cooking quick meals when we got tired of eating out. The laundry unit is handy for our long stay as well. Central location, only a few mins walk to Sanjo station. Great property, would recommend to family.

Very modern, nice and clean hotel. It would have been great to have some tea and coffee, though. The one major downside was that the place was hard to find. There are three Minn hotels within a block with very similar names, and this hotel isn’t listed in Google and Apple Maps, so finding the place was a trial and error operation.

very clean, large room with a great balcony. Very close to everything but a couple blocks away so it is quieter and easier to get cabs, etc. coffee shop ext door!

The hotel itself is great and it was easy to get to the train station, and quieter than staying on the other side of the river. That being said - if you’re on the basement level, there was an extremely weird smell in the hallway that was seeping into our room on the first day. Thankfully, once we got the AC turned on and sprayed some air freshener, it helped - but it was pretty awful in the hallway the whole time.

Excellent room layout for 4 adults. Great amenities. Adult kids slept in tatami room on futons and said it was comfortable. Good location for trains subway and buses. Walkable to shopping and dining.
