La cuisine kaiseki est excellente à tous points de vue. On dit que le chef était le chef de la classe affaires d'ANA. Fumio Kishida est également venu s'enregistrer. La présentation est très simple et l'expérience globale est très bonne.

Seisoka is located in a quiet and elegant environment near Tenshuji Temple in the Minato district, and is a long-established kaiseki restaurant that has been favored by local diners in Tokyo and has received two Michelin stars for many years. The name of the restaurant means "a place surrounded by greenery where people can relax and enjoy. The owner, who is well versed in the art of Japanese aesthetics, pays close attention to not only the presentation of dishes but also to the selection of utensils. Many of the tableware used in the restaurant are antique and modern works of art, such as pottery from the Momoyama and Edo periods, and the Shōhōji bowls by the famous Japanese artist Hokudaiji Ruzanjin, etc. It is this atmosphere of the era that makes the whole atmosphere of the restaurant more elegant.
