C'était la première fois que je réservais une tournée avec Klook et cela a dépassé mes attentes. Kaylee de l'équipe d'exploitation Klook à Ha Nội a été très professionnelle du début à la fin de notre voyage. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien pris en charge et tout s'est bien passé, du transfert de l'aéroport aux excursions d'une journée dans la baie d'Ha Long et la province de Ninh Binh, l'équipe m'a également donné de bonnes recommandations sur les endroits à voir/visiter et la nourriture à essayer. L'emplacement de l'hébergement était super, tout est à distance de marche de quelques attractions. Je recommande vivement de faire cette visite si vous souhaitez explorer Ha Nội.
La réservation via KLOOK a toujours été sans tracas. Le guide était très amis et le voyage s'est très bien déroulé. Certainement une grande expérience.
