Une très bonne expérience. Bien que le magasin soit petit, les produits sont tout à fait satisfaisants. La dame qui aide à la cuisine parle chinois et présente le contenu de chaque plat en détail, ce qui est génial👍🏻. La tempura a un goût exceptionnel, et enfin il y a du riz en pot sur pierre et de la glace, tous deux uniques. Ce n'est vraiment pas grave si vous êtes rassasié.

Le chef Fujikawa était incroyable ! L'expérience dans son ensemble était inoubliable. Chaque plat, chaque présentation et le goût étaient si extraordinaires que je crois sincèrement qu'il mérite plus d'une étoile !

La nourriture est d'un certain niveau, mais pour une étoile Michelin, c'est un peu juste. Le chef n'a pas essayé de communiquer avec les clients non-japonophones pendant tout le repas. Le personnel est sérieux et le service est bon, cela vaut la peine d'essayer.
