Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Incredibly convenient location. Breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. I would gladly stay again.

Excellent location if you are staying in Kyoto. Right next to Kyoto station which is great if you go on day trips. Rooms are small as with other Kyoto hotels but we managed. Laundromat is busy during prime evening hours so plan accordingly. Sushi place next door is excellent and so fresh.

Very good location. Great selection of department stores and convenience stores in the area. Clean room, but is on the smaller and cramped side, but we made it work. Good air conditioning. Staff were happy to help in English

Location was great, right next to Kyoto Station, but yet the rooms were quiet, can't hear the sound of the train nor other guests in the hotel. Breakfast was decent/average

I loved the fact that the area served for breakfast is accessible for guests until 10 pm, which means you can work there and/or have take-away dinner there. Friendly and kind staff. Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Bathroom was relatively compact but clean. Highly convenient location, since Kyoto central station is right across the hotel. A wide variety of food for breakfast, and it was delicious. We stayed here twice during a two-week period (we booked through Expedia for the second stay), for a total of six nights, and safe to say, we didn't get tired of the breakfast selection.
