Great spot close to Kyoto station. A few more TV options would have improved things, but we weren’t there for TV. Great stay!

Everything was so good. Check in and out process was easy. Holding luggage and shipping luggage were flawless. Even though we don’t speak Japanese, we didn’t have any issues because all staff members accommodated accordingly.

Very close to Kyoto station; no amenities, very helpful staff, clean property and a great place to stay for business travellers or short term travellers due to it’s proximity to station, Eon Mall, Kyoto Aquarium, TeamLab studio etc.

Although this is an older hotel, the deligent cleaning staff keeps the rooms very clean. The hotel is in a convenient location which is across the street from the Kyoto Station and close to Aeon Mall. There are 4 venues for breakfast so it is worthwhile to purchase breakfast when booking the room.
