Stayed in this hotel in May, had a wonderful time, very accessible to everything , having 7/11 connected to the hotel is a bonus , will definitely coming back to this hotel next time when we were in Kyoto.

Amazing from start to finish! 7/11 on site is so handy. Yamato is a life saver for sending luggage. Great location.

The room was clean. It looked new. The staff was kind and efficient. The breakfast buffet was good. The room wear was very comfortable, so I ordered a pair from their online store! The location of the hotel is convenient and perfect for sightseeing Kyoto...just one minute from the shinkansen side of Kyoto Station, a convenience store on the first floor and you can access from the hotel lobby. There is a taxi stand is right next to the hotel, too.

The hotel is across the street from Kyoto Station. The room was very clean and serviced each day. Breakfast had a wide range of dishes both Japanese and Western.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay close to Kyoto Station. The only thing that would improve the stay would be the supply of free bottled water.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! All the amenities were easily accessible and made the stay more pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located by major transportation routes and there were numerous restaurants or local shops to accommodate any souvenir shopping and cuisine preferences. Most importantly, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made check-in and check-out go very quickly. The hotel staff also graciously allowed for post check-out luggage storage. Would highly recommend this hotel to any tourists.
