yksi parhaista retkistä, joilla olen ollut. Luke oli kuljettaja ja opas. Hän oli erittäin asiantunteva ja fantastinen. Toivon, että minulla olisi ollut muutama päivä enemmän Melbournessa, jotta olisin voinut varata Luken toiselle retkelle. Itse retki (reitti) oli upea, ja Luke teki siitä vieläkin ikimuistoisemman. Kertoisin ehdottomasti ystävilleni ja perheelleni, kuinka hieno kokemus oli. Aloitimme Moonlit Sanctuarysta ja ruokimme vallabeja/kenguruita. Kohokohta oli villin vallabin havaitseminen ajaessamme pingviinien luo. Parasta oli nähdä pienten pingviinien nousevan rannalta ja kömpelöivän ylös ruohikkoon. Lahjatavarakauppa oli myös hieno. Päivä oli aurinkoinen, mutta ehdottomasti tuulinen. Lahjatavarakaupassa oli upeita kirjailtuja neuleita ja vetoketjullisia paitoja sekä huopia ostettavaksi. Rakastan pingviiniparaatia. Suuri kiitos Lukelle, että hän teki siitä niin hauskaa. Kuuntelimme hänen soittolistaansa ja hän lauloi.

Meillä oli upea aika tällä retkellä! Kävimme Brighton Beachilla, ajoimme Puffing Billyllä ja päätimme päivän pingviiniparaatiin. 🐧 Kaikki oli hyvin järjestettyä ja koko kokemus oli sujuva ja nautinnollinen. Suosittelen ehdottomasti! ⭐️

The ride on the Puffing Billy steam train was truly impressive! Sitting on the open carriage window sills, dangling our legs outside, and feeling the breeze while passing through lush green forests was such an exciting experience! The penguin parade was incredible! I was grateful to see around 60 penguins—on average, about 700 penguins come out to the island each day. Australian penguins are the little penguin and irresistibly cute! I was also delighted to see baby Cape Barren Geese; they are utterly adorable! Our tour guide is knowledgeable and cares for our basic needs such as going to the bathroom and having our meals during the day. I highly recommend wearing enough clothing because Philip Island is very windy.

Amazing experience. This is my 2nd time to book the Philip Island tour (first one was from another tour company) and this is way better than the 1st one I booked. The guide, John, was very engaging and entertaining. He told us interesting stories on the places we visited. Even told us a lot of fun facts of the animals native to Australia. Time for each location is just enough (not rushed). He is also very efficient, too. Took our orders in advance (optional) so we didn't have to wait long for our lunch. Also took our penguin parade tickets ahead so we were able to enter the venue while other tours are still outside on queue. I highly recommend this tour.

Even though I bought the cheapest tickets, I was incredibly lucky this time. We saw a group of little penguins (15 to 20 of them) come ashore and waddle along the beach back to their homes. Despite many people watching, I could clearly see them cleaning themselves and interacting with their companions. It was also quite novel to have seagulls fly so close to the audience. Combined with the sunset, it truly made me appreciate the beauty of nature. Since we visited at the end of June, the entire event started earlier, with entry around 4 PM. After watching their parade, it was about 7:30 PM, which left us time to go to a nearby restaurant for dinner. It was delicious, a perfect day.

Oppaamme Chris oli upea. Hän jakoi monia mielenkiintoisia anekdootteja kohteista ja eläimistä suurella huumorintajulla. Nautin tästä matkasta ehdottomasti paljon.

Oppaamme Rhys oli iloinen ja hauska. Hän odotti meitä aina ajoissa, ja hänen esittelynsä oli selkeä ja informatiivinen. Minivan oli mukava ja puhdas, mutta olisi parempi, jos jokaisella matkustajalla olisi oma ylälokero.

we have spent a wonderful day with Vicky from Autopia. my best tour in Melbourne with 31 other tourists. Philip island was full of surprises from koalas, wallabies, huge birds & most importantly the penguins. so lucky to be able to witness the whole vaccination process done professionally.

I had such a wonderful time on the Puffing Billy Train & Penguin Parade Tour and a big part of that was because of David Hsu - An Amazing Tour Guide & Driver! From the very beginning, David gave us such a warm welcome and took care of everything throughout the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared interesting stories and information in both English and Chinese, which made the trip even more enjoyable. He was also excellent at managing the timing of the whole journey — everything felt smooth and well organised. And he even helped take photos for us like a professional photographer! As I was travelling solo, I was a little worried that the trip might feel lonely, but David made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. He brought so much positive energy and happiness to the group. He is more than just a professional tour guide — he genuinely cares about the people he travels with.
