one of the best tours I’ve had. Luke was the driver and tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and fantastic. I wish I had a few more days in Melbourne to book Luke for another tour. The tour (itinerary) itself was amazing and Luke made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about how great the experience was. we started off at the Moonlit Sanctuary and fed wallabies/kangaroos. The highlight was spotting the wild wallaby as we drove to the penguins. The best part was seeing the little penguins come up from the beach and waddle up into the grass. the gift shop was great too. It was a sunny day but definitely windy. the gift shop had great embrodied jumpers and zip ups as well as blankets to purchase. I love the penguin parade. Great thank you to Luke for making it so fun too. We listened to his playlist and he sang.

Had a great time on this tour! We visited Brighton Beach, rode the Puffing Billy, and ended the day with the Penguin Parade. 🐧 Everything was well-organized and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend! ⭐️

Bagama't ang pinakamurang tiket ang nabili ko, napakasuwerte namin dahil nakita namin ang isang grupo ng maliliit na penguin (15 hanggang 20) na umaahon sa dalampasigan, at sinundan pa namin sila habang pabalik sila sa kanilang mga pugad sa gilid ng baybayin. Bagama't maraming tao ang nakapaligid, malinaw ko pa ring nakita ang kanilang paglilinis sa sarili at pakikipag-ugnayan sa kanilang mga kasama. Mayroon ding mga seagull na lumipad nang malapitan sa mga manonood, na napakabago sa paningin. Dagdag pa ang tanawin ng paglubog ng araw, talagang ipinaramdam nito sa akin ang kagandahan ng kalikasan. Bukod pa rito, nagpunta kami noong huling bahagi ng Hunyo, kaya ang buong aktibidad ay inilipat nang mas maaga sa 4:00 PM, at natapos namin ang panonood ng kanilang parada bandang 7:30 PM. Ang pagsakay sa Puffing Billy steam train ay talagang kahanga-hanga! Ang pag-upo sa mga bintana ng bukas na karwahe, pagpapahinga ng aming mga binti sa labas, at pagdama ng simoy ng hangin habang dumadaan sa luntiang kagubatan ay isang napakasayang karanasan! Amazing experience. This is my 2nd time to book the Philip Island tour (first one was from another tour company) and this is way better than the 1st one I booked. The guide, John, was very engaging and entertaining. He told us interesting stories on the places we visited. Even told us a lot of fun facts of the animals native to Australia. Time for each location is just enough (not rushed). He is also very efficient, too. Took our orders in advance (optional) so we didn't have to wait long for our lunch. Also took our penguin parade tickets ahead so we were able to enter the venue while other tours are still outside on queue. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, Chris was wonderful. He was able to share many interesting anecdotes on the sites and animals and with a great sense of humour. Definitely enjoyed this trip a lot.

Ang aming gabay na si Rhys ay masayahin at nakakatawa. Palagi niya kaming hinihintay sa oras at ang kanyang pagpapakilala ay malinaw at nagbibigay-impormasyon. Ang minivan ay komportable at malinis, ngunit mas magiging maganda kung mayroong imbakan sa itaas para sa bawat pasahero.

we have spent a wonderful day with Vicky from Autopia. my best tour in Melbourne with 31 other tourists. Philip island was full of surprises from koalas, wallabies, huge birds & most importantly the penguins. so lucky to be able to witness the whole vaccination process done professionally.

I had such a wonderful time on the Puffing Billy Train & Penguin Parade Tour and a big part of that was because of David Hsu - An Amazing Tour Guide & Driver! From the very beginning, David gave us such a warm welcome and took care of everything throughout the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared interesting stories and information in both English and Chinese, which made the trip even more enjoyable. He was also excellent at managing the timing of the whole journey — everything felt smooth and well organised. And he even helped take photos for us like a professional photographer! As I was travelling solo, I was a little worried that the trip might feel lonely, but David made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. He brought so much positive energy and happiness to the group. He is more than just a professional tour guide — he genuinely cares about the people he travels with.
