My stay at The Basement Hotel Osaka Honmachi was excellent. The hotel is very close to Honmachi Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Shinsaibashi, Namba, or Umeda. The transportation access is superb. The room was clean and comfortable, but what truly impressed me was the soundproofing. I've stayed in many hotels, and the sound insulation here is exceptionally good. I was barely disturbed by outside noise at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and the hot water was consistently available and heated up quickly. The hairdryer was also powerful, which saved a lot of time for those with long hair. On B1, there are coin-operated washer/dryers, as well as free ice and paper cups, which is very convenient for independent travelers. The 14th-floor lounge offers complimentary desserts in the afternoon, and free alcoholic beverages are available in the evening, enhancing the overall stay. Additionally, there are free daily craft activities to participate in, which is a unique touch. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities, transportation convenience, and service quality. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka and highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️

This was my second stay at this hotel with my kids, and it continues to deliver great value for money. The beds were exceptionally comfy and spacious enough for all of us to get a restful night's sleep. While the room and bathroom were on the compact side, typical for hotel standards in Japan, they were clean and equipped. Once again, the public onsen was a standout feature and a highlight of our trip. We will definitely revisit and highly recommend this hotel to families traveling in the area!

We had an early morning flight, so we arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. I originally just wanted to drop off our luggage, but to my surprise, the front desk staff immediately told me that even though it wasn't check-in time yet, our room was ready and we could check in early! Wow! That was fantastic 👏, we could go straight to our room and rest! The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the environment was very clean. Aside from the breakfast being quite ordinary, I think everything else was great. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main attractions, which means a lot of walking or taxi fares! I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

Transportation: about 5-7 minutes walk to the JR line. Cleanliness: very clean, room service upon request, fresh towels every day. Service: luggage storage, luggage forwarding to the next hotel or airport. The hotel itself has washing machines and dryers, as well as an onsen and a 7-Eleven inside. Location: about 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. We recommend the hotel. They accommodate guests' requests. Rooms: accessible double room is very large.

Located halfway between Nankai Namba Station and Daikokucho Station, it is very convenient as you can use the Namba area for amenities and restaurants, and Daikokucho Station when traveling elsewhere. There are three convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants that stay open late. The hotel is well-managed, and the complimentary drink bar was especially nice.

It's very close to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and the subway station, and Parco is also nearby. There's a FamilyMart on the way to the hotel. On the second floor, tired shoppers can take a break and enjoy delicious drinks. It's really great!

Great location with multiple railway connections, but with a bargain price! They offered a twin bed room for our lowest price option, which make our stay more comfortable. Quite a large room with lots of space to open our suitcases easily, especially considering the hotel is located in the center of Osaka.

The lobby is equipped with an electronic luggage scale. From 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM, the main entrance is locked, and room key cards are required for entry and exit. For consecutive stays, room cleaning is mandatory every three days. Breakfast is available as a takeout meal box service, allowing you to use your breakfast voucher to take the pre-packaged, exquisite meal back to your room to enjoy at your leisure.
