It was lovely! All the amenities we needed.

Good location. Right where you want to be.

Right in the middle of the action, and actually part of a beautiful temple. Incredible spa and sauna on the roof. Rooms were super spacious.

Excellent hotel and location

Location was great, very close to Dotonbori area. Hotel breakfast was great and the onsite laundry was very convenient. The staff was very kind and helpful. Well really enjoyed our stay.

Best breakfast, spa, and location! The Candeo Shinsaibashi is located just 2 blocks from Dontonburi shopping/eating tourist area and is on the Park Avenue of Osaka. The Hotel is situated between Dolce & Gabbana and Lululemon and was recently built above an actual Buddhist temple. We took part in the morning ceremony from 7:30-8, which was a lovely experience with the teachings. The breakfast buffet was amazing! We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip and this was by far the best.there was a great mix of western salad, yogurt fruit, pastries, and plenty of Japanese cuisine with many Protien options. And the Sky Spa was the best!!! 2 hot baths, sauna, and a cold plunge (this was NOT listed on their website). Amazing!!! It was open from 3pm - 11am so after a full day of tourist stuff, this was absolutely perfect. Only downside to this hotel was that the rooms were tight. We had a bench window seat which we put our luggage on but there was very little other floor space to even walk around.

I stayed here with 4 kids. It was tight but it worked. I didn't take advantage of any amenities but the place seemed really nice and was really convenient. Shower and bathroom were really nice.
