Very spacious room and it had a full Japanese bathroom with a shower room plus bathtub. Simply excellent and right next to the prime shopping locations in Osaka.

The hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable, even if a little small. The guest lounge with free coffees and soft drinks was very welcome after busy days out and about.

Very nice rooms. Very nice staff. Loved the free coffee, tea, soda, and juice. We weren't satisfied with the western options at breakfast. There are many great options nearby for breakfast.

10/10 very clean, luxurious feel and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Forwarded my luggage to them and it was there waiting for me during check in. Was only really there to sleep but I wish I had time to actually explore the hotel and its amenities.

Would recommend this hotel easy to locate from Shin Osaka.
Helpful staff, great breakfast , free soft drinks and coffee up to 10pm, as well as having laundry facilities. The room was also on the larger side for Japan although would still be considered small elsewhere.
