WOW! What a special place! This was our first stop on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been more spoilt. We were upgraded to the top floor and had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. The bath was awesome and the location was excellent. All of the hotel employees went above and beyond to make our first time in Shibuya a really special one. We definitely recommend this hotel, particularly if you are a first-timer in Tokyo 😁Thank you for the incredible stay Granbell!!!!

Very nice staff, breakfast was amazing! Location makes everything so easy to get to! Views are amazing!

Great hotel! From Narita to hotel one train ride on the Narita Express and a 4 minute easy walk no stairs. spotless nice bathroom with great towels and bed linen. Food options everywhere and close to lots of shopping.

This charming and sophisticated place truly embodies the essence of a luxurious Japanese hotel. Every staff member was incredibly kind and provided gentle assistance. I loved how the hotel manager's affection was evident throughout the property, from the red carpet to every corner of the accommodation. It was great to be able to leave the key with them, so I didn't have to worry about losing it. The elevator made it convenient to bring up luggage, and I also appreciated the detailed cat-themed wallpaper in the room! It felt like a hotel from Studio Ghibli's Kiki's Delivery Service. I'm so sad to hear it's closing in October. If possible, I'd love to travel here again with my loved ones!

location is great, staff was very helpful and welcoming, nice rooms

I stayed at both the Kyoto and Shibuya (Shibuya was a slightly better experience :-)) locations and really loved my experience. The bed was comfortable, but a little short (I'm 6'3", so not unexpected. The storage in the room was good. I really liked the breakfast and the nice lounge space. The staff were very nice and helpful (I had some nice conversations with Ken). They even helped to ensure I was comfortable shipping my luggage to the airport (which I highly recommend!). My only concerning thing was that there was no way to lock the curtain for the room. One night someone (I believe accidentally) tried to get into my room at 3am, which kind of spooked me. Other than that, I loved my stay!

i have stayed here many times. it’s very convenient and a great vibe. the small rooms are SMALL tho. like definitely only comfortable for a person or a close couple. the bigger rooms are very comfortable, if you got big luggage go for those. this is always my go to place to stay when I’m in Tokyo.

Nautimme oleskelustamme APA Hotel Shibuya Dogenzakaue -hotellissa. Sijainti oli erinomainen ja lähellä kaikkea Shibuyassa. Huoneet ovat pieniä, mutta mukavia, ja mukavuudet olivat täydelliset.

Connected directly to JR Shibuya Station, the hotel is located above a shopping mall, with a skybridge leading to an adjacent mall. It's also connected to Shibuya Sky, offering excellent convenience! The room decor is quite stylish, and the space is generous for a Japanese hotel. From my room type, I could even see people bustling across Shibuya Crossing! The lobby thoughtfully provides foot patches, which is a nice touch!
