Beautiful place which is very close to everything but still feels secluded. Comfortable little cube. I did feel very self conscious of getting up in the night because i was afraid that opening the curtain door was very loud for my neighbors. Everyone was very kind and peaceful though.

Staff are nice, free beer is awesome, amenities are good OTHER than my capsule, which broke twice during my stay. The controls stopped working and needed the staff to reset them. The second time it broke was when I was leaving in the morning, which made gathering my stuff/getting dressed/leaving a bit stressful. Fix the pods and it’s 5/5

Facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Allowed us to leave out luggage before check in and after check out at no charge which was helpful. A bit of unique experience having never stayed in a capsule hotel before.

Second stay here. Once again the breakfast was great. I did miss the matcha latte coffee that I had here previously. The rooms were clean and the staff was awesome. I will definitely stay here again. The ear plugs can help if the noise level inside are high. I don’t usually sleep well at hotels due to all the loud people in the hallways and doors opening and closing in the adjoining rooms. Not here. We (wife and son) slept solid and we were comfortable, and totally rested for the following day. とても幸せな滞在でした。本当にありがとうございました！

We weren’t sure what to expect, but, we definitely were not disappointed with our stay. We actually canceled our reservation at a different hotel so that we could stay here again. The rooms and facilities were clean and included everything we needed.

At first glance this hotel seems like it will be a fun experience, but no. -There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it can take about 10mins or more to get to your floor or the front desk. -There is no seat coverings for the toilets, so its a hot bed for getting sick. -The fans in your capsule are a joke. You will roast. -Staff members coughing into their hands, as they lay out breakfast. -No fresh linens unless you pay. Nasty. -No staff after 1am. When someone's card key didn't work, they were left outside all night, till another traveler arrived. -The staff is just not helpful. The bare minimum is done. -So many coughing and sick people, again a hotbed for illness for travelers in such a small space. I will never stay again.
