I stayed here in 2024 and returned in 2026. Yes it was looking tired in 2024 but still comfortable. Sorry to say the owners have allowed conditions to deteriorate futher, despite the efforts of staff doing their best to provide good service. Our double room was dingy brown, fittings were chipped and it was depressing to come back to. They have installed a glass smoking room near the reception desk which is also next to the few sofas which form the only common area for sitting.

The rooms are small, but when touring around Tokyo you really don't need a huge room. The laundry room was very convenient and you don't need separate soap. All the staff knew some English. The hotel is near the Oedo line there is also a Tully's coffee shop near by. The breakfast at Royal Host restaurant is a combination of western breakfast and Japanese breakfast foods.

Air conditioning was controlled by the front desk so had to call them every time a change was needed

Rooms were nice except for how ne the rooms where it smelled like urine when you walked in. They tried cleaning it, but the smell didn't go away. Great location next Higashi-Shinjuku station which is 2 or 3 stops from Shinjuku and the 2 more to Shibuya with Harajuku in-between.

The hotel has the perfect location, it is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On the first floor you can find complementary toiletries and on your floor you will find really nice clean pijamas every night. Amazing place

히가시신주쿠에서 2분 거리 호텔에 굉장히 조용해서 쉬기 좋았습니다. 욕조도 있어서 피로 풀기도 좋았구요. 시부야 인근에 간다면 재방문 의사 있어요.
