Exceptional service from start to finish! Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and anticipated our needs without us even asking. The attention to detail, from the personalized welcome to the thoughtful turndown service, made us feel incredibly valued. The facilities were magnificent, but it's the people who truly make this hotel shine. Highly, highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, not the best but I would consider staying here again. Location is right infront of the Megamall and pretty safe. There’s a 7-eleven downstairs. The only issue at first was that the reception lobby and the building where we are staying are different so we had to ask an attendant to show us the room. But nonetheless, elevators were working well and the room was clean. There’s also a huge ref which is the reason I booked this place. When ordering grab, you’ll have to go downstairs infront of 7-eleven to get them. Negative: The aircon was a bit dirty.

cleanliness: the room is clean and neat transport access: accessible and easy to locate hotel location: near malls and other establishments

Exceptional stay at Edsa Shangri-La, Manila for our joint birthday celebration (my mom's 61st and my 32nd)! The staff provided 100% top-quality service. We loved the beautiful decorations and the delicious complimentary cake in our connecting rooms. Thank you for making our day so special! The highlight of our stay was how wonderfully they treated us. We stayed in comfortable, well-appointed connecting rooms that were perfect for our family setup. The hotel staff surprised us by setting up lovely, festive room decorations along with a complimentary birthday cake that tasted amazing. It is rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to the little details that matter to guests. The ambiance was relaxing, the amenities were top-tier, and the genuine warmth of the Filipino hospitality shone through every interaction. This was a birthday celebration that my mother and I will cherish forever. We highly recommend Edsa Shangri-La for any special occasion! We will definitely come back he

Clean and safe for a solo traveler. Good for a short stay. The sink was just a bit clogged, hehe. Anyway, thank you Glory Hotel! I'll be back for sure.

I had a great stay at Red Planet The Fort BGC! The location is excellent—very convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and other places in BGC. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were also friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process and the overall welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend Red Planet The Fort BGC to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in BGC. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Transportation access: It's okay. Service: It's okay, but the staff are a bit shy. Cleanliness: Very good, it's clean. However, the lobby is hot because there's no air conditioning, and the same goes for the elevator. Hopefully, they'll install air conditioning now that it's summer, as the weather is extremely hot.
