The room is spacious, clean, complete amenities, also have a iron/iron board. It feels like home, sa hallway is peaceful, daming mirrors, cutie siya. the food? superb.. worth the price.. and accesible siya sa lahat. Also, rhe city view.. grabeh ganda

This is our third time staying at Privato Makati. The staff are courteous, including security, housekeeping, front desk, and luggage assistants. Thank you for your excellent service from security and housekeeping, and everyone else on duty from May 17-19, 2026. It's also a quiet place; you can barely hear outside noise. We love the size of the bed in their Executive King room, which is perfect for a family of three. The bed is so large and very comfortable, it can even fit four people! The parking is spacious and safe. It's very affordable and even has a pool. The only slight issue during our stay was the pool; the water wasn't clean and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned yet. However, during our previous stays, the pool was fine. This is the first time we've encountered such dirty water. It would be better if they had a water filter so the water would still be clean even if it wasn't replaced. We didn't really enjoy the pool this time, but hopefully, it will be clean again next time. 😁

the room and location is really great! it has a wonderful cityline sky view. we enjoyed our stay. our room got upgraded to a 3-bedroom from my initial 2-bedroom deluxe. it was an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has the amenities I needed. we also love the food at the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the swimling pool

the location is very good and already within poblacion. it is already nearby the bars and party spots for an affordable price and the room is already really good and clean. maganda rin yung rooftop bar nila. really good hotel talaga for the whole experience.

1. Pysäköinti: runsaasti pysäköintitiloja vieraille. Ilmainen pysäköinti sisäänkirjautumisen jälkeen; kaksi tuntia ilmaista pysäköintiä myös uloskirjautumisen jälkeen.
2. Huone: Yllätyimme iloisesti, kun huoneemme päivitettiin Superior-huoneesta Deluxe-huoneeksi veloituksetta. Huoneeseen toimitettiin myös ilmainen syntymäpäiväkakku.
3. Buffetaamiainen (Cafe 1228): runsaasti ruokavaihtoehtoja. Ruoka oli hyvää, mutta jotkin annokset olivat kylmiä. Ehdotus: ruoanlämmitin.
4. Ravintolat (The Lounge ja Jasmine): loistavaa ruokaa ja palvelua. The Loungessa lounastaessamme ilmastointijärjestelmässä oli ongelma. Henkilökunta selitti asian ja sijoitti meidät ilmastointilaitteen lähelle.
5. Rescue Bar (uima-altaan reunalla): erinomaista pizzaa ja juomia. Myös loistava palvelu.
6. Allasalue: allas oli puhdas. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta. Vaikka hieman satoi ja sää oli viileä, altaan vesi oli silti lämmintä.
Viiden tähden hotelli, joka tarjoaa viiden tähden laaturakasta palvelua.

We frequent this hotel because of the ff: - location (near restos if you want to do a Pobla food crawl), -amenities (complete with dental kit, slippers, bath gel, shampoo, safe, tv with Youtube & Netflix, and mini fridge), - with elevator, -friendly staff, -fast wifi. IDK if they have hair dryer upon request plus their shower head is fixed but the heating works. Also note that they require a ₱2000 refundable deposit upon check in. The only downside for me is the lighting since I want a brighter room with white light.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a convenient location and the place was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool area—it was a nice spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a good experience and definitely worth considering for a comfortable stay. Would be happy to visit again!

Had a fantastic stay at I’M Hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife just a short walk away.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to the hotel for the complimentary dessert and the relaxing 10-minute massage. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay feel even more special and memorable.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always greeted guests with a smile. Their hospitality truly stood out.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in Makati!
