hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though.

Okura is my favorite hotel anywhere in The Philippines (I've stayed at many), and one of my favorite anywhere in the world. Amazing and helpful staff, clean and beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast with options for many different cuisines.

Beautiful property and wonderful amenities (outdoor pool, spa). And really liked its vicinity to the mall with tons of restaurants ands bars to visit. Close proximity to the airport Definitely intend to stay here again

This should be an easy 5 stars and no complaints. The lobby is a work of art. The hallways are beautiful. The buffet was superb. We really loved this place. However, the room was disgusting. We paid a premium for the fancier Japanese room. Very humid and musty. It smelled like an old man’s basement. Does the staff not smell this? We spent only a short evening here for a layover. Any longer and I would have demanded to be moved. I’d stay here again but I would not pay premium for the fancier rooms. Give me a clean, dry hotel room that doesn’t smell like low tide.

Beautiful property, nice and quiet which was a surprise given the area it is located. The room was very well furnished and the Japanese wooden tub was a very cool addition!

Every room can accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12 years of age or three (3) adults, subject to corresponding charge.

 All Filipinos will be required to present their valid government-issued IDs (Passport or SSS ID or Driver’s license or Senior/PWD ID)

Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. Guest rooms that have been smoked in, or with a smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged a minimum smoking fee of PHP15,000. We have a designated smoking area on the 11th floor on the right side of the pool area upon entrance of the Sora Rooftop which is open from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. A smoking area at the gaming area on the 2F of the Grand Wing is open 24 hours.
