super happy with this booking as the rooms are big and spacious with room for packing of luggages. also provides basic amenities for any sleep over. a convenient location for early or late night flights! there’s also shuttle bus service to the mini town and Aeon mall leaving every hour. so check with hotel for details. plus there’s a family mart right before the hotel for any need!

location is perfect. shuttle service is on time and hassle free. highly recommended if you have an early flight.

Excellent service, it has everything needed for the stay, including its own Lawson convenience store in the lobby, a play area for small children, various shuttle times for Disney, and even a foot massager in the room... Very comprehensive in every aspect!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with an air purifier and a foot massager. After a full day at Disneyland, the foot massager was an absolute lifesaver. The staff were professional and friendly, and the entire hotel is family-friendly. There are frequent shuttle services to and from Disneyland, making this hotel an excellent choice for families visiting the park. The lobby on the second floor offers a complimentary welcome snack bar with coffee, black tea, waffles, cream puffs, ice cream, cookies, marshmallows, and beer. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, connected to a subway station, a shopping mall, and a convenience store. My personal suggestion would be to add public laundry/drying facilities to make it even more perfect.

This is a new and very clean hotel. I arrived at 2:45 PM, and there were about 20 people waiting in the lobby. After the check-in process began, I was able to check in quickly without waiting in line. There was complimentary coffee, orange juice, three types of Umaibo snacks, and two types of Tirol chocolates, and they were well-stocked, which was nice. I requested a high-floor room and was assigned a room on the 13th floor with a nice view overlooking the park. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a separate bath and toilet, giving it a premium feel. The large public bath on the 14th floor had a spacious layout, an open-air bath with chairs, and a sauna. The lounge area after bathing offered a great view, and there were about 7-8 types of ice cream, as well as tea and orange juice. I enjoyed the crispy chocolate and Garigari-kun soda-flavored ice cream. It was also nice to have ice cream available after my morning bath. I didn't encounter much crowding, so it was a very pleasant stay. Next time, I'd like to try the Hawaiian breakfast.

Having seen many recommendations on Hotel Nikko Narita, I looked forward to this stay. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend a stay at Narita upon landing in Narita airport, or before departure especially because of the value for money of the room compared to staying in Tokyo. This hotel is one of the best in terms of shuttle bus provisions. Take the shuttle bus to JR Narita and walk along the Narita Omote-sando for a good way to spend half a day or walk to the Aeon mall to continue shopping to spend a full day until dinner. Narita is way less crowded than Tokyo and popular chains such as Uniqlo are still available. The shuttle buses remove the need for additional transport cost in Narita. Breakfast in the hotel was otherwise decent and not as great as I expected when seeing other reviews on the breakfast. The 33sqm room size was a very nice size and having water filter dispenser in the toilet helped us never run out of water to drink.

The Richmond Hotel Narita was truly the perfect choice for our last night. It's less than a five-minute walk from Narita Station, and the hotel room was spacious enough to comfortably organize our luggage for the trip home. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathtub was also quite big. Plus, the lobby on the first floor offers bath salts for a relaxing soak. It's also very convenient for walking to Narita Omotesando for shopping, and there's an Aeon Town supermarket nearby for any last-minute snacks or instant noodles. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's delicious. The best part is the airport shuttle service they provide, making it a truly perfect final stop.

I can't believe these two hotels are right next to each other, haha! I agonized over the decision, but as soon as I saw it, I just laughed. The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was clean, and the breakfast was fine for filling up before heading out, especially since my family tends to eat the same few things regardless of variety. The best part was having a shopping mall right across the street, which made it super easy to feed my picky elementary school-aged kids dinner when we got back in the evenings! The room was cleaned daily, and the view was great. Anyway, we had a comfortable and fun stay.

Convenient Transportation: It's about a two-stop monorail ride from JR Maihama Station. Upon exiting, take the stairs or elevator on your right. There's a shuttle bus directly to the hotel downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: The staff's service is impeccable. Even with language barriers, they go above and beyond, using computer translation to resolve guests' questions. Due to a flight issue, I had to check out early, around 4 AM. In addition to the self-checkout machines, staff also assisted with calling a taxi and escorted us to the car, making us feel truly well-cared for. Cleanliness: We stayed for two nights, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and refreshed after the first night. 👍
