for being my very first trip to Japan, I'm quite happy I stayed at this hotel. they were very orderly, meticulous and overall very friendly. the breakfast was great, the Lawson store located on the first floor actually helped as well. if I ever decide to come back, I have no issues staying here again

I forgot to tell my bank I would be travelling, and was too jetlagged to understand how to work a simple phone. The staff were incredibly accommodating to me and helped me get things sorted so I have money for my trip, by walking me through the international call procedures. They also offer a shuttle to and from Narita airport. I made the mistake of walking to get there, but when I left they dropped me off right by the trains I needed. A fantastic start to my visit to Japan!
