Nice hotel near the Narita airport. They offer free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Inside the hotel, they have a pharmacy, souvenir shop & convinience store. Their restaurant offer great variety of menu. :)

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with an air purifier and a foot massager. After a full day at Disneyland, the foot massager was an absolute lifesaver. The staff were professional and friendly, and the entire hotel is family-friendly. There are frequent shuttle services to and from Disneyland, making this hotel an excellent choice for families visiting the park. The lobby on the second floor offers a complimentary welcome snack bar with coffee, black tea, waffles, cream puffs, ice cream, cookies, marshmallows, and beer. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, connected to a subway station, a shopping mall, and a convenience store. My personal suggestion would be to add public laundry/drying facilities to make it even more perfect.

The Richmond Hotel Narita was truly the perfect choice for our last night. It's less than a five-minute walk from Narita Station, and the hotel room was spacious enough to comfortably organize our luggage for the trip home. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathtub was also quite big. Plus, the lobby on the first floor offers bath salts for a relaxing soak. It's also very convenient for walking to Narita Omotesando for shopping, and there's an Aeon Town supermarket nearby for any last-minute snacks or instant noodles. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's delicious. The best part is the airport shuttle service they provide, making it a truly perfect final stop.

The hotel itself is very good, the restaurant offers buffet dinner and free breakfast which is very convenient, there's a free shuttle going back and forth at the hotel, so no need to think about how to go back to the airport.

thr accomodation is excellent and affordable with free shuttle to and from disneyland. the breakfast was good. our room was spacious and beds were comfy. staff were nice and assisted as soon as they saw us.

La chambre était grande et complète avec des articles de toilette/essentiels qu'ils réapprovisionnaient à chaque demande de nettoyage. C'est un peu loin de DisneyLand et DisneySea, mais le service de navette gratuit vers et depuis la gare de Bayside était très pratique, donc l'emplacement n'était pas un problème. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, le personnel était vraiment gentil et l'hôtel était toujours propre. C'est agréable de rentrer et de profiter de la vue paisible sur la baie après une journée bien remplie à DisneyLand.

En raison de travaux, il y avait un échafaudage devant la fenêtre. L'hôtel nous a donc offert un bon repas de 3 000 yens à utiliser dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous pouvions également l'utiliser pour des plats à emporter et nous avons pu dîner tranquillement dans notre chambre. L'accueil de la réceptionniste était également très courtois et j'aimerais vraiment y retourner ! Merci beaucoup !

C'était un endroit très pratique pour moi car je pouvais me promener et me rendre à la vieille ville ou au parc pour mon dernier jour à Tokyo. L'hôtel propose également une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport, il suffit de réserver le créneau horaire souhaité. Les chambres sont confortables et tout ce dont j'avais besoin était là.
