The hotel is close to Narita Airport and offers frequent shuttle bus service to and from the airport. It's highly recommended for those with very early morning flights, as the trip from the hotel to the airport only takes about 5 minutes, eliminating the worry of traveling from the city. The hotel also provides complimentary ice.

La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable, équipée d'un purificateur d'air et d'un appareil de massage des pieds. Après une journée entière à Disneyland, le massage des pieds est un véritable sauveur, tout simplement parfait. Le personnel est professionnel et aimable, et tout l'hôtel est un espace adapté aux familles. Les navettes vers Disneyland sont fréquentes, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les familles qui souhaitent se rendre à Disneyland. Le hall du deuxième étage propose un bar à collations de bienvenue gratuit, offrant du café, du thé noir, des gaufres, des choux à la crème glacée, des biscuits, des guimauves, de la bière, etc. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique, car il est relié à la station de métro, au centre commercial et aux supérettes. Personnellement, je suggérerais d'ajouter des équipements de blanchisserie/séchage communs pour que ce soit encore plus parfait.

Having seen many recommendations on Hotel Nikko Narita, I looked forward to this stay. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend a stay at Narita upon landing in Narita airport, or before departure especially because of the value for money of the room compared to staying in Tokyo. This hotel is one of the best in terms of shuttle bus provisions. Take the shuttle bus to JR Narita and walk along the Narita Omote-sando for a good way to spend half a day or walk to the Aeon mall to continue shopping to spend a full day until dinner. Narita is way less crowded than Tokyo and popular chains such as Uniqlo are still available. The shuttle buses remove the need for additional transport cost in Narita. Breakfast in the hotel was otherwise decent and not as great as I expected when seeing other reviews on the breakfast. The 33sqm room size was a very nice size and having water filter dispenser in the toilet helped us never run out of water to drink.

This is a new and very clean hotel. I arrived at 2:45 PM, and there were about 20 people waiting in the lobby. After the check-in process began, I was able to check in quickly without waiting in line. There was complimentary coffee, orange juice, three types of Umaibo snacks, and two types of Tirol chocolates, and they were well-stocked, which was nice. I requested a high-floor room and was assigned a room on the 13th floor with a nice view overlooking the park. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a separate bath and toilet, giving it a premium feel. The large public bath on the 14th floor had a spacious layout, an open-air bath with chairs, and a sauna. The lounge area after bathing offered a great view, and there were about 7-8 types of ice cream, as well as tea and orange juice. I enjoyed the crispy chocolate and Garigari-kun soda-flavored ice cream. It was also nice to have ice cream available after my morning bath. I didn't encounter much crowding, so it was a very pleasant stay. Next time, I'd like to try the Hawaiian breakfast.

It is about a 5 to 8-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station. If you arrive at Narita on a late-night flight and have an early flight the next day, this is a pretty good choice. Nearby downstairs, there are izakayas open until midnight and two Lawson convenience stores. If you need to rent a car the next day, it is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to Toyota Rent a Car. If you don't mind walking a little further back toward the station area, there are plenty of dining options available. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport terminals, but seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is best to book and get your bus ticket at check-in. Also, the schedule is quite sparse, so you should allow at least half an hour. If you are in a hurry, taking the Keisei Electric Railway is recommended.

Free shuttle bus to Disney was a nice touch and it was available several times each hour. That is to and from. We were a family of 4 and the room we stayed at had 4 beds and was very spacious. Would highly recommend. Hotel was also VERY clean and spacious and each floor had amenities like a Launderet, Microwave, Ice Machine, and water dispenser. Breakfast was great as well. Never got to use the pool though as there were traditional public pools separating male from female. All in all if you are going to Disney, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness: Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The room was more spacious than APA hotels in the city center and did not feel cramped. Having a public bath to soak in was very comfortable. Hotel location: There is a parking lot available for 1,500 yen per day, which is very convenient.

The free shuttle bus to Jr station and airport is very helpful and considerate. My only concern is the sheets, it’s a little bit itchy. Overall highly recommend.

Great location! It is located right next to JR Keiyo Line's Shin-Urayasu Station. You can walk all the way to the hotel via an overhead walkway without getting wet in the rain. Near the walkway, there is a Lawson convenience store where you can grab snacks and take them straight back to the hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you get a sense of vintage luxury—even the elevators have a classic style, and it feels like it has been recently renovated. It is an official Disney partner hotel. In the morning, the earliest hotel shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland departs at 07:05, taking about 15-20 minutes to reach Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel room is very spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and there are several extra pillows in the wardrobe. The bathroom is also huge and comes with complimentary bath salts. A minor drawback is that the hair dryer is still the traditional kind that emits a slight burning smell; it would be nice if they upgraded that equipment. Otherwise, all the spaces are very large, and there is a picture window with a view of Shin-Urayasu Station. The front desk staff is also very friendly and will try their best to communicate with you in English! Hotel Location: Excellent. Cleanliness: Good. Although it has carpet, there is no musty smell. Transportation Convenience: Excellent, with AEON Mall and Mona shopping center nearby.
