We were so grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade from Deluxe to Premium with a pool view. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was also great, with plenty of good options to choose from. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

La Carmela de Boracay is one of the niecest hotel na front beach easy access to all near dmall. and with free hot and cold anywhere in hoteo madali makakuha.and attentive mga staff and allways greated with a smile mga staff.. over all good and recommended this hotel.. Affordable and great service.

My second stay was in the east wing, love that they all have balconies in all their rooms. the best thing about mandarin is hotel is the staff. regardless of how delicious their food are, how big and clean their pool, how nice their acoustic singer or how elegant their building sitting in the front beach, no one can ever forget the warmth and the hospitality of their staff, my singaporean partner who came with my and its his first time in the phils was so impressed and amazed of how everyone is so accomodating and welcoming. when i invited him to visit the country i was really hoping that he gets to witness our filipino spirit and all the staff exceeded all his expectation and im so happy with that. thank you again mandarin bay especially all the receptionist, valets, restaurant staffs and most of all front desk team, winner kayo! see you all again next time.

Room was really good. Accessible location with good lounging area at the beachfront. Amazing and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet, fresh menu everyday. Wish the pool were heated but overall experience was amazing, will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Garden Hotel. The pools were definitely a highlight—my nephew spent most of his time there and absolutely loved it. The breakfast spread was decent, with enough variety to start the day well. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff. They went the extra mile by singing for my nephew on his birthday, which made our stay even more special and memorable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would gladly stay here again.

For a solo traveller, I felt safe and cared for by all the female staff who were genuinely kind and accommodating. The hotel is just a street across True Home cafe, so if you're working remotely like me, it's the perfect beach front working station. Also near Sunny Side Cafe, Mayas, Jonah's Fruit Shake (all the Station 1 favorites). I also adore that they have so many cats just lying around every corner. There's a sari-sari store and karinderya a few steps from the entrance too.

We stayed at Fairways and Bluewater Boracay as a family of 10, and it was an amazing experience. The resort is huge, but the free shuttle made getting around easy and convenient. We loved the many amenities, especially the multiple pools—each with a different vibe, so it never felt crowded. The private beach was a highlight: clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the busy areas. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, which worked really well for a big group like ours. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great choice for families or large groups looking for a relaxing and well-equipped resort in Boracay.

The hotel has a mall, supermarket, department store and restaurants within the same building! Very convenient for your needs! A bit away from the main beach but can be reached via shuttle service.

Toinen upea vierailuni Henann Lagoonissa! Ensimmäisellä kerralla olin Premier-huoneessa, ja tällä kertaa Deluxe-huoneessa. Hotelli on erittäin siisti kaikkialla, erityisesti huoneissa. Henkilökunta on erittäin kohteliasta ja huomaavaista vieraiden tarpeita kohtaan. Lisäksi buffetaamiainen on aivan herkullinen. Tulen ehdottomasti takaisin!
