La Carmela de Boracay is one of the niecest hotel na front beach easy access to all near dmall. and with free hot and cold anywhere in hoteo madali makakuha.and attentive mga staff and allways greated with a smile mga staff.. over all good and recommended this hotel.. Affordable and great service.

hotel location: far from the capital of the boracay but you have your own beach and amenities. very exclusive to its guest if you want a peaceful and less crowded beach and place transport access: 24/7 free transpo back and forth to hotel and around the resort also dmall ( by schedule) breakfast: free buffet there’s salad, bread and asian course. they also have kids meal (cereals) service: top notch staff are very polite and friendly. they always greets guests and if you have any questions and don’t hesitate to ask them cleanliness: very clean hotel and resort. if you want you can ask for them to makeup the room. price: food - 500php less or more drinks 200php+ with 10% service chargw transpo:

My second stay was in the east wing, love that they all have balconies in all their rooms. the best thing about mandarin is hotel is the staff. regardless of how delicious their food are, how big and clean their pool, how nice their acoustic singer or how elegant their building sitting in the front beach, no one can ever forget the warmth and the hospitality of their staff, my singaporean partner who came with my and its his first time in the phils was so impressed and amazed of how everyone is so accomodating and welcoming. when i invited him to visit the country i was really hoping that he gets to witness our filipino spirit and all the staff exceeded all his expectation and im so happy with that. thank you again mandarin bay especially all the receptionist, valets, restaurant staffs and most of all front desk team, winner kayo! see you all again next time.

Mit andet vidunderlige ophold på Henann Lagoon! Første gang var i et Premier Room, og denne gang i et Deluxe Room. Hotellet opretholder fremragende renlighed overalt, især på værelserne. Personalet er super høfligt og meget opmærksomt på gæsternes behov. Desuden er morgenmadsbuffeten absolut lækker. Jeg vil helt sikkert vende tilbage!

We were so grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade from Deluxe to Premium with a pool view. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was also great, with plenty of good options to choose from. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The best place for our budget. The rooms are well cleaned and no air conditioning issues. Accessible to the beach and cafes! The staff are very accomodating and soft-spoken. Highly recommended!

Overall, an absolute 10/10 experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless, and the night swimming was very relaxing. It is conveniently situated right in front of Watsons and near D'Mall.

I thought the annex building was too far from the beachfront and main building, but it wasn't. It's literally less than a minute away. Also, the room was very spacious. It was definitely worth the price as it came with complimentary drinks, free use of beach towels and mats, breakfast, and beachfront pool access. There's also a laundry service for a minimum of 3kg. It's also very close to Willy's Rock and Astoria (which is the usual meetup place for activities). One of the HOHO (Hop-On Hop-Off) stops is just outside the main building, so it's very convenient. The beach isn't too crowded since it's in Station 1, and there's less algae than in other stations (we went in early April).

Super worth it and fun.. hope to be able to go back to Boracay again next time and try the other Henann hotels.
