It’s a very beautiful journey! My boyfriend and I were from Taiwan. We can understand about English, but not that fluent. Our tour guide, Drew, really took good care of us. Other people were nice to us too! I love the chocolate so much. That’s too bad we can’t buy the chocolate away. Anyway! Chen is an awesome guide/ driver, but. But the meeting time at central station on the itinerary I got was 6:45am. I didn’t receive any email from the tour provider inform any changes of the itinerary so I went at 6:40 and waited until 7am, got panic as I got no one to contact but the Klook AI customer service and it took forever for real person respond. I didn’t give up but stayed at the same place until 7:55am. finally the van arrived and told me I can hop on. the tour was fine, but the main course of the lunch was under seasoned. the food options were creamy sauces pasta with chicken, salmon or vegetables. or burger. we are a group of 7 and nine of us finished the food.

very fun experience, everyone was very friendly, especially our pilot Nicola, felt very safe throughout the whole flight.

The tour was soooo good! Our guide was super friendly, shared lots of fun stories throughout the day, and even helped us take photos everywhere we went. The camel riding and sandboarding were definitely the highlights of the trip and one of the best experiences you can have around Sydney. 4 Pines was also great! Lunch was included, and I chose the steak—it was really good. The wine tasting was amazing too. I ended up trying so many different wines that I got a little tipsy lol. Thanks to Shirley, our tour guide!

I highly recommend the winery tour! Guide Lee Soon-kwon's informative explanations and the wineries he selected are fantastic. Instead of just going to a winery and drinking wine, the itinerary is very well-structured with informative explanations and wine tastings where you can compare different types. Guide Lee Soon-kwon took lots of photos for us and was so kind! If you are looking for a special tour and want to experience the peaceful and quiet Australian countryside, I definitely recommend this package! (It's also totally fine if you're traveling alone!! They take great care of you so you won't feel lonely at all!)

One of the most magnificent views we saw in our lives. The experience itself was satisfying. The balloon pilot Sam was knowledgeable and hospitable. He and his coworkers took care of us well. Awesome trip and highly recommended!

Stuart (or Stewart) is just amazing! Fantastic guy who guided us all the way from city to Hunter Valley and really took care of us. We learn so much about Australian wines and cheese. So thank you!

Fantastic experience! Mark was great - very knowledgeable and was able to select the perfect wines for us both. Beautiful venue with many different wines to sample. Would recommend.
