Things to do in Hiroshima Prefecture

This should be a tour that every visitor to Japan sees. It was heartwrenchingly sad. The comprehensive information and graphic details was confronting. The presentation was exceptional, it was well laid out and easily followed through the passage of the event. As sad as it was I would highly recommend it.

This tour is a MUST to see. Our main tour guide, Masako was fabulous. She shared such details along the way. From start to the end of this long day, it was worth every step (16k) seeing th Peace Museum and grounds of Hiroshima and my favorite, Miyajima. To see the floating Torri in person was truly magical. I loved everything about the tour.

Convenience: There are quite a few options to choose from. Redemption Process: Be sure to read the redemption details carefully. Some can be redeemed on the same day, while others require a one-day advance reservation. Various passes are truly a traveler's best friend.

An amazing experience helped with getting tickets through Klook vs the team site, which takes a bit to navigate. Seat was in a great location to witness the game and the fans really get into the occasion. Walking to the event from Hiroshima station is quite easy as you just follow all the fans and once there you get to see the team championship plaque wall.

Rino is a cheerful guide who keeps close tab on time, ensuring punctuality. she also helps guests to take good photos and is always smiling. The okinominya provided for lunch at Miyakayi isn’t very nice to eat. But the oysters two shops away recommended by Rino were delicious. Maybe more choices of lunch can be given.

While it's not a full 360-degree view, you can see all the main sights here. There's a spot on the first floor and also upstairs. It's a great place to relax until evening after buying a lemon drink. For the night view, you can go up when it operates as a bar, but I didn't go up. It's quite high up, so the breeze was cool, but the bars made it a bit difficult to take good photos. Still, it's a nice place to relax while looking out over Hiroshima city. If you choose the origami option, you can go down a floor to fold a paper crane and drop it, and they'll even take a picture for you if you hand them your phone.

We absolutely loved this preformance. It was a wonderful way to experience some Hiroshima culture and art. The show was about an hour long and included singing, musical instruments, acting, and dance. The costumes were beautiful. Definitely reccomend.

My biggest takeaway from using the Hiroshima Enjoy Pass this time was how "convenient and cost-effective" it was. From visiting Itsukushima Shrine and strolling through Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park to buying souvenirs around Hiroshima Station, every use was incredibly smooth – all I had to do was show the mobile pass. For travelers like me who prefer to plan their own itinerary and don't want to rush, the flexibility of using it within seven days was especially practical. Overall, the Hiroshima Enjoy Pass not only saved me money but also added a sense of ease and relaxation to my trip. It's a practical pass I'd highly recommend to first-time visitors to Hiroshima.
