Gold Coast

We booked this activity after our whale watching tour. When I showed them the Klook voucher, I was able to check in and was instructed to get changed and meet at the designated spot 5 minutes before the start time. We waited comfortably in the whale watching reception area until it was time. SeaWorld was right in front of us, so I think it would be a great idea to combine this activity with a visit to SeaWorld. When the time came, the only preparation needed was to put on life jackets. The staff helped each person put theirs on, which was reassuring. There's a storage area for belongings, about the size of a locker at a hot spring, where you can put your items. However, the locks are easily opened by anyone, which made me feel very uneasy about security. If you want to bring things to the boarding area, I'd suggest putting only essential items in a waterproof case and keeping them close to your body. But I haven't tried that method myself. I just went with the flow, put my valuables in the locker, and enjoyed the activity. It was cold at the beginning of September, but the driver and staff were very enthusiastic, making it a fantastic memory. I purchased the GoPro video they took for $25. It included a photo with the boat at the beginning and a reaction video of us on the ride. The video was edited like a commercial, so it was definitely worth it. It was an activity I'd love to do again.

Max was fantastic! As it was our first time driving an electric GoBoat, he explained everything clearly and made the instructions very easy to understand. His friendly and professional approach gave us the confidence to enjoy the experience from the start. We had an amazing time on the water and would highly recommend it. We met by the side of the road. Several companies had canoes loaded and were parked on the street, ready to go, so I showed my Klook reservation screen and asked around to see if it was their tour. Since the map location was approximate, I recommend actively asking any car with canoes loaded. The tour started at 7:30 AM, and they were there promptly before the scheduled time and called out my reservation name. It's a little nerve-wracking to meet the guide, but it's easy to find them, so please head there with confidence. Also, in my case, the day before, I received a message from the guide via Gmail suggesting that since the weather wasn't looking good, I should change my 10:30 AM start time to 7:30 AM. They also told me that snorkeling would offer a clearer view in the morning. Although I was worried about waking up early, I changed it because I wanted to see the beautiful ocean. I was touched by how kind they were to proactively contact me based on the weather. This email exchange made me feel confident that I would enjoy myself at the location. Four women gathered, and I rode in a canoe with one other person, while the other two rode in single canoes. They asked if I preferred a single or a pair, and if it was my first time, and then paired us up accordingly, which was great. They explained the photo route and the flow of the activity, so even if my English wasn't perfect, I understood everything without any problems. Once we started, it was a lot of fun, and the guide explained about the birds and shared various stories. They also took photos while we were canoeing, which created lifelong memories. They lent us waterproof backpacks, wetsuits, and snorkels. I definitely think a towel and swimsuit are essential. Also, there are no changing facilities, so I recommend wearing your swimsuit beforehand. We saw many beautiful fish in the ocean. Those near the rocks and those in slightly deeper areas were truly beautiful. Other companies were also snorkeling in the same area, and there were boats in slightly deeper waters, but we enjoyed it without any issues. This is definitely one of the activities I will do again when I come to the Gold Coast.

This was a very therapeutic and enjoyable trip. Our guide, Terry, was also very efficient in leading everyone, and the winery staff were highly professional. The lunch was delicious too. It's a perfect itinerary to share with friends who enjoy wine.

Many whales and dolphins were clearly visible, and the crew and captain on the boat were very friendly! (All the photos below were taken with my iPhone, which shows how clearly the whales could be seen! The whale highway is real.)

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Brisbane. We joined the twilight climb, and my daughter and I were the only Asians in our group, which made the experience even more unique. Our climb leader, JASPER, was outstanding—professional, humorous, and incredibly attentive. His clear safety briefing made everyone feel confident, and throughout the climb he shared fascinating stories about the Story Bridge while ensuring everyone felt safe and comfortable. JASPER also took wonderful photos for us at every scenic stop, giving us memories we will treasure forever. Reaching the summit and overlooking the Brisbane River and the stunning city skyline was breathtaking. Watching the golden sunset as the moon slowly rose was a magical moment that words can hardly describe. It is a memory my daughter and I will cherish forever. I highly recommend the Story Bridge Adventure Climb, especially the twilight session. Thank you, JASPER, for making this adventure so special and unforgettable!

It was a super awesome experience and really love the weather. An experience you need to go for when you are at Gold Coast.

Booked 2 days before the jump, was informed 1 day before that the big plane (for 5 pax) was on maintenance but a smaller plane will be provided for 2 pax. We had 3 pax so we decided to proceed by splitting up. Our jump was supposedly at 10.30am but we waited till 12.30pm for the 1st pair to do the sky dive as there were delay due to the airshow weekend at GoldCoast. Right after that, I was informed that the big plane was ready for the rest of the jump and it took 4pax on the plane. They could have informed us and put all 3 of us on the same plane for a better experience. Regardless, the crew was very friendly and nice throughout! The tandem instructors were all very humorous and making jokes and super professional. The beach landing view was stunning!! It’s my 2nd skydiving and this view is one in a million. Recommend to all! We bought the video+photo and it was sent to us via a google link about 2-3hrs. It was very well edited!
