Our day tour was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The visit to the zoo was a wonderful way to start the day. Seeing the animals in a snowy setting felt unique and magical, especially watching them move and play in the winter environment. It was peaceful walking around the park while snow covered the trees and paths. After that, the snowmobile activity was incredibly exciting. Riding across the wide snowy fields was both thrilling and scenic. The feeling of speed combined with the beautiful white landscape made it unforgettable, and the guides were helpful and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable.

旅程行程安排上還可以但有些景點希望可以時間拉長更多些，蠻推薦來日本自由行卻不知道要去哪裡的人，可以安排一天購買這個一日遊行程，旅途上非常開心，導遊Lucy 也非常熱情很照顧大家所有人！

Very nice trip! it still even snowed at Nigle Terrace! The trip was on time and our guide was very informative! overall a fun experience.

Este fue mi primer viaje al extranjero con mi madre, lo que lo hizo aún más especial y preciado. Gracias a nuestro guía, Sunmin, quien nos dio una explicación tan hermosa del viaje y tomó fotos maravillosas, esos recuerdos quedaron grabados de una manera aún más hermosa. El recorrido por Biei también estuvo muy bien organizado y lleno de lugares fantásticos, lo que hizo que el viaje fuera fascinante y divertido. Además de mostrarnos los lugares turísticos, nos brindó mucha información útil e historias sobre Japón, ¡haciendo que el tiempo volara! En particular, el día anterior había perdido algo durante mi viaje personal y, con un poco de esperanza, le pedí discretamente que hiciera una llamada. Él se encargó de llamar directamente al lugar donde se guardan los objetos perdidos y se preocupó hasta el final, lo que me permitió localizar mi objeto. ¡Me sentí realmente agradecida y conmovida por la sensación de que se preocupaba sinceramente por cada viajero! Gracias a él, mi primer viaje con mi madre se convirtió en un recuerdo aún más cálido y feliz. This trip was amazing. The tour leader is very friendly and tries to help always. Taking lots of pictures and the pingguins are so cute. The tour leader Serina is very nice and recomended.

Will recommend the tour and Hikaru (our tour guide)! Enjoyed the tour specially seeing the penguins walk. Super cute! :) Oh the snowmobile to, fun experience.
