The hotel does not provide a shuttle bus. There's quite a distance from the station to the hotel, and the worst part is a rocky path leading to the hotel, which makes pulling luggage very difficult and is extremely damaging to the wheels. Other hotel facilities are excellent.

Hotel looks new and clean. The parking is just next to the hotel at overnight rate 1200 yen. Our room comes with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, room size just right for our family of 3. Staff was excellent, I accidentally left behind an item in the room and they helped me to retrieve it. In fact, I booked the same hotel for another night stay on my return trip to Tokyo. Highly recommend!

Convenience of transportation: Close to Tobu-Nikko Station, about a 5-minute walk. Very convenient transportation. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. I booked a three-night stay this time and had a good experience overall. Breakfast: It wasn't possible to select breakfast during booking, but it was actually included. Personally, I thought the breakfast was very abundant, featuring eggs, milk, salad, bread, and curry rice.

The location is perfect for walking to all of the shrines and temples in Nikko. We stayed in the renovated complex, which we definitely recommend, as the rest of the property is a bit dated (though it still has charm and history). For arrival, you should either travel with light luggage or take a taxi (cost is about 1,100 yen from the station), as the final stretch to the hotel is quite steep and not well-suited for rolling suitcases.

El personal habla inglés y es muy complaciente. Me habían traído el plato equivocado para la cena, pero no iba a quejarme porque fue mi culpa, y ellos vieron que la comida no era realmente de mi estilo, así que me permitieron ir al buffet en su lugar. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar el onsen por la noche y por la mañana, ya que los géneros cambian de lado todos los días, así que puedes ver ambas vistas. Como nota aparte, ¡la hamburguesería de enfrente es genial!
