リニューアルしてホテル名も変わり新しい感覚のホテルです。最近化粧直ししたホテルですからとても綺麗でした。事前登録によりチェックインも簡素になりました。部屋はトイレとシャワー室が別で良かったです。トイレも上等なモノが設置されていました。ただ、シャワーのみでバスタブが無く日本人には少し物足りなさを感じる部屋でした。

お部屋がキレイで朝ごはんも美味しかったです

駅からもとても近く、雰囲気が良かった。 地元ですがまた泊まりたい。

良かった点。 事前チェックインからの受付対応がスムーズ。 下にマクドナルドがあるので、朝ごはんに困らない。 チェックアウトが11時。 バスタブはないがその分シャワー室、洗面所、トイレが独立してて使いやすい。 悪い点。 あえてあげればシャワーの水圧が少し弱め。

スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。ありがとうございました。

The room is tiny. But par for urban Japan. The restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Staff was also amazing.

I don’t get why there are so many foreign workers. At the check-in and the housekeeping. It’s subtle details but they’re Japanese is not fluent, or they don’t smile immediately when they see you, or immediate greet you. I shouldn’t have to walk up and say hi first for them to look up. And non-customer related conversations should be done quietly behind. I want to be treated as a customer, not someone who is just someone to be attended. Also regardless they are housekeeping, it is Japanese custom to smile, bow, and be greeted. Also why do I have to speak English in a Japanese hotel? They should understand Japanese.

Clean room.

自動チェックインでルームキーを受取り、早めに客室にも入れて、荷物を置いて行動でき、疲れたら部屋に戻れたのがありがたかったです。 開業からまもないのもありますが、清潔で、入口はカフェもありオシャレで、2階の受付に上がるとアロマの良い香りでとても良い雰囲気でした。部屋の設備アメニティも私にとっては完璧でした。また利用したいです。
