• Q: When can I enter the exhibition?
• A: The "Chainsaw Man Animation Exhibition - Hong Kong" will be held from January 17, 2025 to March 16, 2025, and the opening hours are 11:00AM – 10:00PM (last admission time is recommended before 09:00PM).
• Q: Where is the exhibition located?
• A: INCUBASE Arena, Basement B2, Chong Hing Plaza, Mongkok
• Q: Are there any age restrictions for the exhibition?
• A: There is no age limit for the exhibition content. However, since there will be various audio and video effects in the exhibition, it is recommended that children under 10 years old be accompanied by their parents. Due to experience and safety considerations, this exhibition is not recommended for infants under 1 year old to participate.
• Q: Do children need to purchase tickets to enter? *A: Children over three years old need to purchase a ticket.
• Q: Is there a ticket counter on site?
• A: There is an automatic ticket vending machine on site for those who have not purchased tickets. All official online ticket purchasing platforms also operate 24 hours a day.
• Q: How to purchase tickets?
• A: This event only provides online ticket purchasing and on-site ticket vending machines. Currently, the only official online ticket purchasing platforms are Incutix, Klook, UUTix, Maoyan, Ctrip, Trip.com, 01 Space and 7-11 website. Please do not purchase tickets on platforms other than those mentioned above. If you have any ticketing questions, please email to info@incutix.com for inquiries.
• Q: Are tickets only accepted for a single visit?
• A: Yes, each ticket can only be entered once. If you want to re-enter for any reason, you must purchase a separate ticket.
• Q: Where can I redeem package products?
• A: Redeem at the exhibition merchandise store area, and a valid QR code must be verified when redeeming.
• Q: Can I shoot and record videos in the venue?
• A: This exhibition is not open to photography, recording and photography in all areas. Please abide by the regulations of each area of the exhibition. If discovered, the organizer reserves the right to request that the recorded video be deleted.
• Q: If I fail to enter the venue as scheduled after purchasing a ticket, can I apply for a refund?
• A: No, the venue date can only be changed once.
• Q: If I am unable to enter the venue due to bad weather (such as a black rainstorm warning or gale signal No. 8 or above) on the day I purchased the ticket, can I apply for a refund?
• A: No, only changes to the entry date are accepted. If the ticket purchase date falls on the last day of the exhibition, it will be arranged separately.

• When visiting, please follow the queue lines and staff instructions, and do not stay in a single area for a long time to avoid crowd gathering. When there are large crowds, crowd control will be implemented. Please follow the instructions of the staff and wait in line to enter the venue.
• Please follow the exhibition regulations, observe the visiting order, and jointly maintain the quality of the visit.
• To ensure the safety of visitors, please follow the instructions of venue staff.
• Since this exhibition is not open to photography, recording and photography in all areas, please abide by the regulations of each area of the exhibition and respect the intellectual property rights of the artists and the copyright of their works.
• Eating and drinking is prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food, drinks, or pets (except guide dogs). If the rules of the exhibition are not followed and there is no intention to improve after being persuaded, the organizer has the right to ask the violator to leave the venue without refunding or compensating the ticket fee.
• Smoking is completely prohibited in the exhibition area.
• Please do not bring any food, drinks, long straight umbrellas, large backpacks, suitcases, bicycles, skateboards, selfie sticks, baby strollers, dangerous or explosive items, or sharp-edged and/or harmful items into the venue. In addition, there is no storage service for items at this exhibition.
• To maintain the safety of the exhibition venue, please do not touch the three-dimensional sculptures in the exhibition and do not lean on the walls in the exhibition. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to run, play, damage scenes or on-site equipment, and attack staff in the exhibition area. If any damage occurs, compensation will be paid according to the price. If there is any inappropriate behavior and the advice fails, the organizer has the right to ask the participant to leave the venue without any discussion, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given. • Light and shadow projection effects and sound effects will be installed in the exhibition venue. Visitors must ensure that their health conditions are suitable for entering the exhibition venue. If you feel unwell during your visit, please notify on-site staff for assistance. In addition, you should carefully keep your personal belongings in the venue. The organizer does not assume any responsibility for personal belongings lost at the venue and/or personal injuries caused by actions during filming.
• You agree that videos recorded at the venue, including your portrait, may be selected by the organizer for internal promotion and/or external publicity purposes.
• If any person, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, attempts to harass others in the venue and/or refuses to abide by these rules and regulations, venue staff have the right to ask the violator to leave the "Chainsaw Man Animation Exhibition - Hong Kong" .
• If "Chainsaw Man Animation Exhibition - Hong Kong" must be suspended due to weather, safety, maintenance or other reasons, the organizer reserves the right to close the exhibition immediately without further notice.
