Soy un fanático de las buenas experiencias y la estética, así que definitivamente me encantó el ambiente del lugar. Me gustó cómo la estética se inspiró en el proceso de fermentación en sí y el vino era realmente divino. Me encantó todo, simplemente me hubiera encantado que me guiaran en el proceso de elaboración del makgeolli además de la presentación de diapositivas digital que nos dieron, pero en general, ¡realmente disfruté la experiencia!
Como podéis ver en la imagen, era un espacio maravilloso que superó mi imaginación. En lugar de experimentar la preparación de makgeolli en una cervecería, fue más como probar dos tipos de makgeolli. Puedes disfrutar de un momento relajante y lujoso, así que ¿por qué no intentarlo?
