The location is a bit far away from the center or kyoto but not too far away by bus, I think the staff were kind and spoke slowly when we had misunderstandings. It was mostly clean with some places like the window sills or tables needed some dusting and the room had a small smell of cigarettes which i dont like but other than that the facilities were amazing we didn't realise we booked a freaky room lol but it was still very fun and I loved the massage chair, every hotel needs a massage chair fr🤩🤩the bath was cool but the water that came out the jets was kind of cold but once we did another cycle it came out fine! there was also a slots machine there lol😭😭

didn’t realise this is a ‘love hotel’. vibrator right next to the bed. The room smelled like cigarettes too. On the up side, the smell faded after a day and it’s a huge room.

i wish i could give a five star but i cannot forget how uncomfortable we were due to the strong smell of smoke. The room is big and clean. Complete amenities. Has a big cr especially the bathtub. Great neighborhood but far from the metro which is good because the food is cheap but delicious. Even though this is a love hotel, I just wish they have a non smoking room for tourists who do not smoke.
