Fantastic
Excellent location in between Puerta del Sol and Callao. Friendly staff. Working elevator. Modern rooms equipped with fridge, Nespresso machine, TV, safe and great working a/c. Nice hot water in shower but be aware that bathroom doesn’t have a door, in case you are traveling with other people not family. 3rd floor rooms have a small spaniard styled balcony that we loved. Would say this hotel is a hidden gem!

Decent sized room with king size bed located just off the main strip of Madrid, close to metro, attractions, shopping and restaurants. Room could have been slightly cleaner, with some scum build up on the shower walls, but other than that a decent hotel for the price.

Solo stay

Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
