Very well maintained hotel. Large bed. Big shower. Air conditioning in the room. Plenty of light and opening on windows for a good view of the plaza. Staff were excellent. You wont see anyone running around, its a relaxing place. Best hotel i have stayed at in Madrid. We didnt use the breakfast facilities so cannot comment on that. Bar and lounge area are stylish.

I appreciated the Nespresso coffee in my room — it was so convenient! The location was perfect; the hotel has old charm and is modern too! I was on the 2nd floor, and it was so quiet. The AC was comfortable and easy to adjust. Thank you for making my first experience in Madrid filled with great memories!

Wonderful would come back

Pretty disappointed by my stay here. I was on the first floor which is basically on the street level so I have to close my blinds during the days or I literally have people walking by my window. The couch area has the same problem making it hard to sit there. The walls are also paper thin so it’s quite noisy from both the busy street right next to it and the other people in the halls. Temperature control is extremely basic, worse than I’ve seen in much cheaper hotels. No bathtub, no bathrobe which was also disappointing. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again and I think it’s quite overpriced for what you’re getting. I preferred some of the cheaper hotels I booked in this trip. I will also say that I was surprised they didn’t let me check in until 3pm. I know that’s the designated check in time but I’ve never had to wait so long to check in and it implies they don’t have much cleaning staff.
