Genuinely so glad I booked this hotel.
The location is 100/10. Basically right next to Hakata Station, with tons of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Super convenient.
The room was a little small with our XXL suitcases, but honestly not a problem. Everything was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly good for the price. I genuinely didn’t expect this level of room and service at such an affordable rate.
Bed and bathroom were both 10/10, and the amenities were complete with some really nice brands. You can also drink the tap water directly.
One small thing I’d recommend checking is the conditioner and body lotion in our room. The texture seemed unusual, so definitely worth checking.
Staff and service were excellent. I also liked the eco cleaning system where you can redeem coins for the vending machine.
Would absolutely stay here again. Great value, great location, and genuinely better than I expected.

fantastic location!! so convenient- close to train station and so many dining options. the only negative is the ultra small room, which is typical for Japan. also they charge for leaving your luggage which is nickel and diming.

Bathtub is available, booked this at $280 for 3 nights, not the nearest to station but walkable 5 mins. for this rate it is reasonable. took bus from airport to the bus terminal and walk to hotel
