The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train hub/station, with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. It’s also near many points of interest and a wide variety of eateries. The hotel itself is quaint and charming, and the breakfast buffet is reasonably priced with healthy options.
One issue I noticed was cleanliness. After dropping something on the floor and using my phone’s flashlight to find it, I noticed some buildup that explained why I had been coughing during my stay. The next day, I mentioned it to the cleaner—despite some difficulty explaining—and the issue was addressed immediately. I appreciated how quickly it was resolved. that is the only reason why i gave it a four star
Had I not accidentally noticed it, the problem might have continued, but overall the staff handled it well. I would likely stay at this hotel again in the future.
