Fantastic
Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is somewhat limited in the hotel main lot, so we had to park in a gravel lot about a block away (but at least it was still free!). We didn’t get to enjoy much of the facilities because it was 5pm when we checked in and we checked out the next day at 8am. Breakfast was good. Some of the staff was able to speak some English which was helpful. They also helped us make a dinner reservation at a nearby sushi restaurant which was greatly appreciated.

Stayed with kids

The room is small but enough for a family of 3 with 2 big luggages. The dinner is Japanese set dinner that includes half crab and breakfast is buffet style. Delicious food and friendly staff. Will come back again.

Nice seafront view, good dinner and breakfast. Onsen was good. Only negative was they cut off the water supply at 10am checkout time without notice, and the water from the facet turned scalding hot which scalded my hands briefly. Could have been better communicated in advance.

Stayed in the top floor suite for 3 days and found every penny worth. Great service, great room and great views The only drawback is the distance to Rausu. We did not have a car, but the front desk helped in every possible way for taxi, buses.

This place served an amazing dinner service. You really felt like you were at the seaside. The smoking room was nicely furnished and looked like a nice space, but it was very smelly when you walked past. It would be nice if there was a comfortable common area for non-smokers. The rooms had ample plush towels, and comfortable futons.
