Second time staying here. Facilities are amazing, used the Onsen every night after doing 20,000 steps daily. Location is perfect for Dontonbori as well he as tones of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Family loved our stay here!

Location is excellent. onsen is also great except some guests didn't follow the rules and went straight to the onsen without showering beforehand. However, house cleaning service was disappointed. The bed sheets were not changed for our whole staying of 5 nights and the trash bin wasn't clean daily.

Good location next to Shinsaibashi shopping street, need to walk a short distance to Namba station. Room is clean & well-maintained. Onsen at top floor looks decent though didnt get to experience it. Washing machine & dryer at top floor was convenient with monitoring system from TV in room or phone. Lifts can be a bit slow. Buffet breakfast was good though same spread throughout our 4D3N stay.
