I have stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels in Canada and the USA, I can state that the Best Western hotel Fino Osaka is ranked in the top 3 for real! The front desk checked me in and out in English and I heard the speaking other languages besides Japanese! They were more then helpful with any questions I had about the city and the Breakfast was really good! Definitely will be staying there again next time I visit Osaka!! Also don’t forget to add your Best Western membership for extra perks and your points!

I had a good stay in Best Western. This hotel is a 3 minute walk in Nagahoribashi station and 14 minute walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping area. There are many resto and shops option nearby so you won’t get hungry and bored. Highly suggested for family and friends.

The location is a 12 minute walk to dotonbori which is a plus for us. cheaper than going by train. Is very good for a budget hotel though we were told that room cleaning is not a regular thing for eco reasons but mandatory every 3 days. however on the 3rd day , there was no room cleaning that happened. It is not really a big thing though to us since our check out was the following day. Still we enjoyed our stay with them with their helpful and cheerful staff. We were able to leave our bags for a couple of hours for some last minute shopping. Also complementary drinks at reception ( hot/ cold coffee, tea). 7-11 and moss burger is just in across the hotel. The nagahoribashi station is just 3 mins walk so going to tourist attractions are easier.

service: Great and fast service, friendly and helpful staffs. There was a little problem with the room but they fixed it right away. In the lobby, they have a free coffee, milk tea, green tea, and ice dispenser which my wife and I get every time we wake up in the morning, before going out, returning to the hotel, and before sleeping. Thank you Best Western and staffs! cleanliness: Well-maintained. transport access: You can get to your destination quickly. Easy access by taxi and close to everything. hotel location: One of the things we also liked was that there is a 7 11 in front of the hotel. If you get hungry, you can eat delicious and healthy food there. Near Daimaru, Dotonbori, Namba, Kuromon etc. We are happy and satisfied with the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
