L7 is a luxury newly built hotel attached with one of the largest mall in Hanoi. The hotel staff are professional and take care of the small details. The room was very comfortable, clean, well maintained with all your vacation needs. The staff were particular at checking whether we needed anything as we kept a no disturb sign on the door. The hotel inform the guest of the importance of caring for the environment. The breakfast option was wide covering for all.

Every staff were very kind and accomodating. Transportation is not a problem. The food was indeed great and they are generous in their serving. I love how clean their rooms are. The interior design was really a good one as well. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Will surely comeback when I travel to Hanoi again.

The L7 West Lake Hotel has provided us incredible services. We stayed here for two nights and always received the attention and caring from all staffs. The room was cozy but it was convenient and sufficient for the entire stay. The location is superb because it is only few-steps walk through the Lotte Mall Hanoi for dining and shopping.
