Great property; we loved the pool, the breakfast, and the stuff is very helpful and service oriented; the area is quite enough to be calm, but not far away from everything/ anything; the westren restauants are mediocre but acceptbale; i would come again alone or with family. if you are a family, or coming for work- it is suggested to try and book Residence part and not the main hotel - it is more quite;

Rooms are well equipped and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. They all speak great English. The hotel is nice and quiet and restaurants served good quality food. Food is on the expensive side. You can book day trips directly from the hotel via a tour guide desk. I booked 2 days trips. One to Ha Long Bay, Leona cruise. One to Minh Binh. They were 5 star trips with private transport. All in all a very good experience.

Property located a bit distant to the main action of Hanoi. Property has clearly dated and is in need of renovation - rooms not up to usual IHG standard. Check-in was not smooth. Initially only had 1 room available - after I showed that we had booked two rooms they eventually managed to give us two rooms but far away from each other. No real apology or reason given. Passports not photographed properly at check in so they had to redo them afterwards. Check in just seemed amateurish. Staff did not swipe credit card on arrival so couldn't charge F&B to room - had to pay cash. Overall a very mediocre stay and I would have expected a lot better. Glad was here only for 1 night.
