Rooms are comfy and the staff is nice. If you wanna see the famous train street the hotel is just 3 mins away! Plus theres also a restaurant at the bottom.

the place are okay, the hotel lobby is in second floor you have to go stairs. the receptionist they don’t speak english much but the location are near to everything. i go to the hoan kiem lake everyday its just few mins walk from the hotel. cleanliness: hotel location:

great location. the place is just a little dated. I'm not sure if it's because our room wasn't ready and we got the scraps but we just got off a big flight and didn't want to wait after minimal sleep for 30 odd hours. great little banh mi shop underneath

Nice hotel in the old town centre. Clean and nice room with a balcony! Only thing I'd say was the amount of ants in the room but who can stop that. A smart TV would be nice also so I can put music on when in the shower lol

Thank you Klook f for gave me the best deal in this Hotel in Hanoi @Maison Hotel this hotel i can recommended because they are in best location 200 meters away in Train Street. Sorrounded of local restaurant and Shops. And even we arrived 10am they still allowed us to check-in that was plus for us. Thank you so much for the staff for being so nice and ret us to check-in earlier than check in time. And that good for un because we luck of sleep whe we traveled in Hanoi because of early flight.
